Terms
The terms below govern your use of Curated Spoon and any order you place with us.
Subscriptions
Plans renew weekly until skipped or cancelled. Skips and cancellations take effect for any box not yet in production, before the weekly cut-off.
Pricing
Per-meal pricing, delivery fees and applicable taxes are always itemised and shown before you confirm any order.
Delivery
Delivery areas and windows are being finalised. Someone must be able to receive or refrigerate the box promptly on the delivery day.
Food safety and allergens
Meals are chilled, not frozen, and are intended to be eaten within the period stated on the pack. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces — see our Allergy Disclaimer.
Payments and test mode
Checkout currently runs in our payment provider's test environment, so no real money is charged while test mode is active. Meal-prep plans are recurring subscriptions; private dinners and add-ons are one-time charges.
