Accessibility

Everyone should be able to order dinner.

We build to WCAG 2.1 AA as a baseline and treat accessibility failures as defects, not enhancements.

What we hold to

  • Text and interface colour combinations meet AA contrast ratios.
  • Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Images carry meaningful alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Tap targets on touch devices are at least 44 by 44 pixels, and motion respects the reduced-motion setting.
  • Dietary, allergen and nutrition information is conveyed in text, never by colour alone.
