The introduction

Meet Chef Sebastian

Before The Curated Spoon, there were Michelin-caliber kitchens, 38 restaurant openings, two decades in hospitality, and meals prepared for some of the most recognizable names in the world.

Chef Sebastian has spent more than 20 years building a career around one obsession: making exceptional food.

Born in Sweden to a Middle Eastern father and South American mother, Sebastian grew up at the intersection of cultures, flavors, and traditions. That global upbringing became the foundation of a culinary style that refuses to fit neatly into one category.

Mediterranean. Latin. Middle Eastern. European. California. Fine dining. Performance nutrition. What matters is that it tastes extraordinary.

Cooking for champions

When performance matters, food matters.

Along the way, Sebastian’s food found its way to a very different kind of dining room.

He has cooked for celebrities, entertainers, and elite athletes including Steph Curry, Aaron Rodgers, and John Cena, where great food isn’t enough. Ingredients matter. Nutrition matters. Consistency matters. And every plate still has to be something you actually look forward to eating.

Why should extraordinary food be reserved for restaurants, celebrities, and professional athletes?

That question became The Curated Spoon.

The Curated Spoon brings Sebastian’s restaurant-trained technique and private-chef approach into everyday life through chef-prepared meal plans, elevated meal prep, and private dining experiences designed around the people eating them.

  • No anonymous production kitchen.

  • No uninspired “healthy food.”

  • No choosing between food that’s good for you and food you genuinely want to eat.

Philosophy

Food should be worth looking forward to.

Every menu is approached the way Sebastian has approached food throughout his career: start with exceptional ingredients, respect them, understand who you’re cooking for, and make every bite count.

  • Exceptional Ingredients

Start with ingredients that deserve to be on the plate.

  • Technique Matters

    Restaurant-level execution changes everything.

  • Designed Around You

Food should fit the person eating it, not the other way around.

  • Flavor Without Compromise

    Healthy should never mean forgettable.
